yawnzzz...juz soo tired...but feel like writing...hee...hmmm...haven blog for afew daes cos i was v...i went for Encounter...something like a church camp except that i have many lessons to attend...in the 2 days n 2 nites camp...lessons are goin on n on except during meal times...kinda tiring...but very worth it...cos i really experienced God...He revealed many things to me...felt a great big burden off me...i've learnt to forgive...even foun out dat there r some issues which i've always thought i've forgiven those ppl...but actually not...hmmm...anyways...i never regret goin for this Encounter...it really helps me alot...hmm...actually i cant go for this encounter...my dad disapprove of mi goin...but i really wana go...n seldom hav this coincidence dat my exams over,bz period in work over n able to take leave...everything juz fits well...juz feel dat God really wants me to go...yeah...wah...i'm really tired...hmmm...gotta sleep as soon as i finish blogging...hahaha..hmmm...even yah...after the encounter...i even went to work lor...even if on leave...cos i'm afraid monday the amt of work will be accumulated to alot...dats y go back on fri to do some...hmmm...work till ard 8pm...hmmm...
den on saturday...my dae was really tiring...not onli tired...my head aches badly...hahaha...sian...i shld be getting more rest...but instead i'm getting more bz...early in the morning gotta wake up to go bowling...my team changed the date to play 2dae cos if not nobody will b free on sundae...n actually i already requested not to play...but the other 2 female team members cant make it...so i boh bian muz play(muz at least 1 female bowler)...however quite happy with my bowling results...not bad...hee...however...got 2 members din play well...hmmm...duno can win the other team anot...hope so...after bowling i still gotta rush down to church in yishun...cos got duty to temd the cafe...hmmm...n my other 2 helpers late...so i gotta do everything myself in the start...n wait for them to reach...my head v pain lor...mood was really bad...but i didnt let it affect my duty...hmmm...service n the selling end ard 7plus i guess...den me and afew church frens went to town to eat...hee...den always ard...den go home...i'm juz super impressed with a church fren lor...this young boy is juz sooo gentleman...really duno wat words to describe him...but i can really sae he's really a gd boy...cos i was carrying my bowling bag(which was kinda heavy)...he offered to take for me...anywhere we walked to he carry lor...the other guys din even offer to help lor...he's the youngest yet the most gentleman...haha...gd boy Ethan~ haha...sometimes i really duno how to sae...but he's really attentive...v nice...for eg we were eating...den i ordered drinks...it was left near him so i asked for it to pass to mi...guess wat?b4 passing it to me...he opened and poured it into the cup for mi 1st b4 passing to mi!wow!i doubt any other guys wld do dis lor...1st time i see a guy doing dis...n he not onli carried my bag for mi...he helped another gal fren carry hers...i also bought some stuff...he also help mi take...wah...really duno use wat words to describe...cos i nv come across such guys b4...he very 'zi dong' lor...he even sent me home so dat he can help mi carry my bowling bag...cos i got sae i gotta walk quite far from the bus stop i alighting...he actually wana take another bus home...but changed his mind...help mi take instead...wah...really nice of him...he gotta rush for his project lor...yet still send mi home...the 1st time he send mi home he's also bz with projects...wah...feel guilty sia...somemore help me carry my stuff till my doorstep...hmmm...i guess such guys are very few...hmmm...but i wld really like to sae he's really a gd guy...i keep telling him dat his future gf will be very blessed to hav him...sure kena spoilt 1...hahaha...but he's still young lah...still got many years ahead...haha...niwae...i feel happy to noe him as a fren...at least he shows some hope dat there are at least such gd guys ard...hahahaha...so i may hav hope...wahahaha...however...gd guys r usually taken up...wahahahaha...but thanks alot Ethan~haha...nex time if i noe of any gd gal...i sure intro u...hahahaha...but u better study hard 1st...hahaha...

The main causes of liver damage are:

1. Sleeping too late and waking up too late are the main cause.

We just have to adopt a good daily lifestyle and eating habits.
Maintaining good eating habits and time condition are very important for
our bodies to absorb and get rid of unnecessary chemicals according to
"schedule.":

Evening at 9 - 11pm : is the time for eliminating unnecessary/toxic
chemicals (de-toxification) from the antibody system (lymph nodes). This
time duration should be spent by relaxing or listening to music. If during
this time a housewife is still in an unrelaxed state such as washing the
dishes or monitoring children doing their homework, this will have a
negative impact on health.

Evening at 11pm - 1am : is the de-toxification process in the liver, and
ideally should be done in a deep sleep state.

Early morning 1 - 3am : de-toxification process in the gall, also
ideally done in a deep sleep state.

Early morning 3 - 5am : de-toxification in the lungs. Therefore there
will sometimes be a severe cough for cough sufferers during this time.
Since the de-toxification process had reached the respiratory tract, there

is no need to take cough medicine so as not to interfere with toxin removal

Morning 5 - 7am : de-toxification in the colon, you! should empty your

*WHY R U STILL AT HOME???!!!* my dad exclaimed loudly~...i opened my eyes...saw the clock which says 7:05am...*OH NO!* i shouted...*LATE!!!* den i told my dad to wait for mi to fetch me...i brushed teeth,wash face,wear contacts...quickly grab my clothes n stuff in the bag...changed to my running attire...bfore i dashed outta the house...i angrily shouted at my maid...oopz...i noe i shldt do dat...but juz did it outta anger...the race had already started lor...lucky mine is relay...abit later...i told my maid to wake mi up at 5am...yup she did...but cos i too tired...i went back to sleep(slept at 2plus am mah)...yah i noe it's my fault to sleep late n go back to sleep...but i already told her is impt...muz wake up no matter wat...means muz check if i din wake up muz cal again...n dat 2hrs she did nothing...put no effort to check...guess she's lazing around...i was lucky my dad woke up early...u noe how she wake ppl up?other details i wun sae...some may noe(disgusted)...she will juz call out my name...den i will juz move abit...n she tot i'm awake...n left the room...no turning back...wat the....some may noe how angry i feel everytime...really pissed with dis maid...haiz...but nvm...no more tok abt her...back to my topic...yah...my dad sent mi to bedok reservoir...*phew*..though late...but nv late for the relay...ppl were still running for the open...hmmm...den i warmed up abit...hmmm...(still feeling sleepy...not awaken totally)...den b4 the relay start...we walked to our respective positions...10teams...i'm runner no.2...there are many gd runners in the 10teams of relay lor...oh yah...muz run 1.1km each...hmmm...den our 1st runners came...my 1st runner was 3rd...den my turn...when i started...i juz duno y i felt so tired after awhile...panting...quite unexpected lor...cos the past 2trainings(onli 2 trainings after 1yr plus) i din feel dat tired...after abt 500m i even walked 20sec...lousy rite?haiz...den got 1 he's juz damn fast...sprint lor...v v fast...when i reached my 3rd runner...tink i was 4th or 5th...haiz...sad...all my fault...cld hav done better...wat happened to mi???!!!my team tied with another...5th place...prize money onli $80...so since tied...means $10 each...haiz...if i did not stop n did better...wldnt be like dat liao...haiz...after dat we ate abit...food provided...collected the prize...n goodie bags...den go our ways...oh yah when we were walking to our positions...me,patricia n florence gotta noe a guy from another division...he's the guy hu sprinted v fast 1 lah...haha...yah we talked alot...juz casual tok...we tok more after the 1.1km run while walkin back to the tentage...his team got 1st i think...haiyo...in the open he got 3rd i think...wah...siao 1...wahahaha...hmmm...oh yah...after the whole thing he sent mi to my fren's house...very nice of him...haha...hmm...when i reached my fren's hse...i juz rested...v tired...after i took a bath n we went to meet another fren...lunch...after dat i went to teach...n they went other place...cos i'm still v sleepy...i somehow 'rested' at my student's house n let her do work...wahaha...typical mi...hahaha..but i did teach lah...cos onli rested awhile...hee...after dat i took a cab down to katong shopping centre for the bowling league...actually dowana play...but cos nobody to play(female)--all bz...so i hav to go...sian lor...i played v v badly in the 1st 2 games...117 n 119...lucky picked up in the last game...154...but still not v gd though...i somehow pulled down the whole team in the 1st 2games...i'm sorry guys...haiz...juz feeling lousy...pulled down my team in the relay...n now for bowling...wat happened to mi???!!!haiz...after the game...Roy...my team member sent mi home...thanks man...if not i'm really v v lazy to take bus...n i dowana waste $ take cab again...haha...yup...den went home n wash up n online!hee...yah...gotta stop here...need sleep...workin tmr sia...sianzzz...sure got Mondat blues...haha...

Aspen didn't hesitate one moment with her answer:

"We keep on sinning, and God just keeps on forgiving us."

I will always remember this whenever I turn my wipers on.

oooohhhh yyyyeeeaaahhhh!!!!!my exams finally over~~~wah...my life had been tough during the past few weeks...busy at work and busy studying and preparing for exams...n i actually din really study much as much of my time taken up by my work...even the past 2 nites...been doin OT till late...other dan monday cos i'm on leave to take exam(macroecons)...n 2dae is my Law of Biz Transactions paper...the econs was ok...except that the MCQ is kinda tricky...the essay qns were ok...finished the paper in less dan 2hrs out of 3hrs...hmmm...den for 2dae's paper...it's the 1st time in my life i write non-stop for 3 whole hrs!in my past exams...i usually will write and stop at times to look around n eat sweet...but for 2dae...i dun hav time to look around or eat my sweets...juz kept on writing n writing...however...sad to sae...i could not finish writing...out of 4qns...there are 2 of which i cant finish...haiz...very sad...really hope to pass both of my papers...hmmm...however...i still wana thank God for being with me all these while giving me the strength to go thru all these...He always bless me with things i've asked for...Amen!
hmmm...tho' now exams over...i will still hav exams 3mths later..sian...always hav exams once every 3mths...hmmm...wat to do...for the better of my future...hee...

2dae woke up quite early...duno y aso...ate 2 ba zhang for breakfast...den did abit of my law...den prepare to go meet ben, feli, n jevon to study at SIM...b4 i was abt to leave home...my aunty(stay near mi) came to my place...so i chatted w her till i tink i'm really v late...hee...took bus 151 down to SIM...studied till 4pm...went home...change n meet Pauline...we had dinner and thereafter went to indoor stadium to watch PCK the musical...yup...i got a pair of tix from another department...hmmm...oh we were v early...n waited till the musical start...hmmm...wah...alot of uob staff go lor...guess nobody buys the tix...dats y got so many free ones...hee...hmm...wah the starting i kinda dun understand abit...den the middle understand...n some parts here n there dun understand...wah...i duno how to sae lor...this musical i think canot make it lor...the storyline so weird...many unnecessary stuff n scenes...oh no...i really duno where the $3mil go to lor...i think the whole tink really bad...many left early...i even sleep at some parts...onli those hu paid for premium seats stayed on the whole thing...hahaha...anyway i also stayed throughout...find it quite rude to leave halfway...hahaa...hmm...wah...actually i felt being 'pang seh' by my fren...cos right after the show...she disappeared...go find her fren...leave mi alone like dat lor...so sad...but she appeared again...but was too engrossed with her frens n somehow ignored mi...i feel v sad lor...i 'hao xin' invited her to watch this musical w mi...i asked her 1st lor...cos i knew it was her bdae...so i asked her wana go anot...hmmm...but canot blame lah...cos we go different directions...but at least she shld be erm...thankful?haiya...duno lor...den i walked to the bus stop(she left with her frens)...but not long later...my boss(ex boss i shld sae) called mi askin whether i wan a lift to suntec...hee...yah...den he n his gf sent mi to suntec...den i walked to the bus stop to take bus home...at least it's 1 straight bus ride...if i were to take from the stadium,1stly sure wait v long...2ndly muz change another 2more times...so i'm quite thankful for Kenny to offer the lift...hee...hmmm...

"Oscar," asked Benjie, "Are there any Jews in China?"



"I don't know," Oscar replied."Why don't we ask the waiter?"



When the waiter came by, Benjie asked him, "Are there any Chinese Jews

here in Shanghai?"



"I don't know sir, let me ask," the waiter replied, and he went into the

kitchen.



He returned in a few minutes and said, "No, sir. No Chinese Jews."



"Are you sure?" Benjie asked.



"I will check again, sir" the waiter replied and went back to the

kitchen. While he was still gone, Oscar said, "I cannot believe there

are no Jews in China, our people are scattered everywhere."



When the waiter returned he said, "Sir, no Chinese Jews." "Are you

really sure?"

Benjie asked again. "I cannot believe there are no Chinese Jews."



"Sir, I asked everyone," the waiter replied exasperated. "We have orange Jews,

apple Jews, tomato Jews and grape Jews, but no one ever hear of Chinese Jews !

If you want, we have Chinese Tea."

hmmm...juz reached home...hee...not a bad day for todae...hee...
woke up early 2dae...cos got church class every sun morning at 9am...yupz...actually the classes r gd...prepares mi for the morning service...hee...morning service was orite...video conference from another region...a pastor from overseas came over to preach...hmmm...after service...a group of us went to lavender food court to eat...winnie n her family were also with us...so fun...cos her 2kids are soo cute...little joshua n little joash...hee...n guess wat?cos 1 of the church fren,marcus, was talking abt his godma...den i sae i dun hav any...n hope to hav 1...so winnie suggested that she be my godma...yea...so exciting...was soo happy...hee...means i can aso be the godsis of joshua n joash...n their little sister who is coming out mayb in August...wow...it's gona be fun...hee...i've got a godma,godpa n 3 god siblings...hee...yeah~ after lunch...they sent marcus n timothy home...den sent me to my student's hse cos i gotta teach...soo nice of them...hee...Thanks alot my dearest godparents...hee...actually i can also feel God is blessing me in every ways...Thank You Father...Amen!
after i finish teaching...my parents came n sent me to katong shopping centre...for my bowling league...hee...wah..i played a game b4 the league...n broke my thumb nail...so sad...however...during the league...everything was quite ok...the 1st game was great...we all played well...but lose form in the subsequent 2games...i got 151,149...but the last game onli 110...sad...cos i canot adjust to a new line...right handers are usually at disadvantage for hook bowlers...yup...but overall was quite satisfied ba...our team i think got win...hee...yipee...we r catching up...we used to be at the bottom...but we r slowly climbing up...with Roy around...no fear man...hee...Keep up the Good Work Roy~ hee...
yup...dis is how i spent my day...feeling sleepy...but i wana study leh...sianzzz...how?haiz...hope i can tahan as much as possible...exam is juz in another week...oh no...haiz...niwae...will stop here for 2dae...njoy ur Monday~n the rest of the week...take care...
